Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

USA and Canada Returns and Exchanges

In a situation where the item you ordered does not meet your satisfaction, for example the fit is not what you expected or you are not happy with the product, We will issue you a refund upon receiving the item back from you. For returns from the USA mainland and Canada, Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery of your item. 

To be eligible for an accepted return and refund or exchange, all returned items must be returned in the same condition as you received them with attached tags. Items for Return or exchange must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged by the customer.

Exchanges 

In cases where you ordered an item that you are unhappy with the fit, length, color or style of the item received, but the item is not damaged or defective, We are happy to issue an exchange of the item or a different item of equal value upon receiving the item back from you. Return shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer. The Fastest way to receive the correct item that you want is upon acceptance of the return request, you can go ahead and make a separate purchase for the correct item or size that will work better for you. 

 

Damages and issues 

In a case where you ordered an item and it arrived damaged due to shipping and handling or you received an item that you did not order, please do not hesitate to inform Us so that we can evaluate the situation and fix it.
